Since watching “Charmed” as a kid I’ve always loved the idea of having my own Book of Shadows and going into magical battle against the forces of darkness! I’m an adult now and the super hero fantasies are largely put to bed. There are still battles to be fought, but its nothing like on TV. Which is good, very good!
So what is a “Book of Shadows” for my purposes its where I’m going to document how I tackle my own demons, overcome obstacles, new tools I’ve acquired, and how I face the world when its hard.
These are just the things I do for myself. Not all of these posts are original ideas. I have picked up a lot of tools and strategies along the way and I’ll try to credit where I can.
